FreeStyle CoPilot® Health Management System

On August 31, 2005 Abbott Diabetes Care Inc. identified software issues and potential report interpretation problems with the FreeStyle Copilot® Health Management System (Part Number DOC04549-001) and the FreeStyle CoPilot® Web-Based Data Management System (Part Number PRT00603-001-Rev-A). Abbott Diabetes Care decided to suspend the availability of both data management systems in order to investigate and resolve the software problems.
In the mean time we have developed an alternative data management solution for the FreeStyle® meters. Precision Link® Direct Diabetes Data Management System, version 2.6, has been modified to accept uploads from all FreeStyle meters. PLEASE NOTE:
- Compatible Operating Systems: Windows® 2000, Windows® NT, and Windows® XP.
- Non-Compatible Operating Systems: Windows® 95, Windows® 98, Windows® ME and all Macintosh® operating systems.
- FreeStyle® Meters: A FreeStyle Data Cable is required for data upload from
FreeStyle meters.
- The FreeStyle Data Cable is sold separately.
- Precision® Meters: A Precision Link Direct Data Cable is required for data
upload from Precision® meters.
- The Precision Link Direct Data Cable is sold separately.
