Precision Xtra® Blood Glucose Meters

 

Dear Valued Customer,

In an effort to keep you informed about Abbott Diabetes Care products, we are sending this communication regarding the Precision Xtra Blood Glucose Meter. It has come to our attention that in very rare instances, one of the button covers on the front panel may become detached (as illustrated below). This issue in no way affects the ability to perform tests and receive accurate results. Should a button cover become detached, please contact Customer Care at 1-888-205-1050 for a replacement meter. You may continue to use your meter for testing while waiting for a replacement meter.
