Q: "Do you have any recipes for people with diabetes? I have so much difficulty figuring out what to cook."
A: There are many resources available for you. First of all, I want to make sure you have checked with your dietitian. If you haven’t yet done so, please read this answer that explains why obtaining individualized nutritional advice is considered a national standard for diabetes care.
The other reason I want you to check with your dietitian is that often your diabetes team might have a diabetes library, or samples of diabetes recipe books you can check out.
That said, below is a list of recipe resources I have found through various diabetes websites.
